ITALY

Day 1 :
> Arrival at Venice airport
> Transfer by shared motorboat from Venice airport to the hotel in Venice island.
> Afternoon free at leisure.
> In the afternoon enjoy a Gondola Ride (SIC), the perfect way to appreciate the beauty, charm and color of Venice. On this unique exploration of the Venetian canals, appreciating the skill involved in steering the gondola through the intricate waterways of the city.
> Overnight in Venice island.

Day 2 :
> Breakfast at the hotel.
> Morning free at leisure.
> In the afternoon excursion by boat to lagoon islands Murano, Burano, Torcello (SIC). Stop in Murano, the island of the glass, and visit an artistic glass factory. Then Burano, the typical fishing island with its light and coloured contrasts. Last stop in Torcello, the most ancient inhabited island with its Byzantine cathedral rich of mosaics.
> Overnight in Venice island.

Day 3 :
> Breakfast at the hotel.
> Morning transfer by train on your own to Florence.
> Afternoon free at leisure.
> Overnight in Florence, hotel Donatello or similar.

Day 4 :
> Breakfast at the hotel.
> Morning free at leisure.
> 13.45 tour to PISA (SIC): Piazza dei Miracoli, with the celebrated Leaning Tower (exterior), the Baptistery (exterior) and other important monuments, the interior of the Cathedral, an unrivalled masterpiece of Romanesque art constructed between the 11th and 12th centuries.
> Overnight in Florence.

Day 5 :
> Breakfast at the hotel.
> Morning transfer by train on your own to Naples.
> Afternoon free at leisure.
> Overnight in Naples, Grand Hotel Europa or similar.

Day 6 :
> Breakfast at the hotel.
> Full day excursion to Capri. Pick-up at the hotel and transfer to the main harbor for the shipment.
> From the port in Capri transfer to Anacapri by minibus. Free time to visit Villa S.Michele or to get to Mont Solaro by chairlift (tickets not included). Return to Capri for lunch (drinks are not included). In the early afternoon free time to see the Blue Grotto (weather permitting). Return to Naples and drop off at the hotel at around 5,00 p.m. (including: transfers from and to the harbour, passages, lunch, minibus and guide).
> Overnight in Naples.

Day 7:
> Breakfast at the hotel.
> Morning transfer to Rome on your own.
> Half day tour of Imperial Rome (SIC). Crossing the Quirinal Square, with the Presidential Palace, we arrive at Piazza Venezia at the heart of the city with its Monument to Victor Emanuel II, also called the "Vittoriano". We walk up to Capitol Square, designed by Michelangelo, and enjoy from here a magnificent view over the Roman Forum. Afterwards we proceed with a visit to the Colosseum, the most famous monument ever built, symbol itself of Rome's majesty and eternity. Passing the Pyramid Cestia, we arrive at St. Paul's Outside the Walls which we visit to see the tomb of the Apostle of the people.
> Overnight in Rome, Hotel Donatello or similar

Day 8 :
> Breakfast at the hotel.
> Morning half day tour of Vatican Rome (SIC). Visit of Vatican's museum, with the famous Sistine chapel and the beautiful Saint Peter's Basilica.
> Overnight in Rome

Day 9 :
> Breakfast at the hotel.
> Transfer by private car from the hotel to the airport.
